Our Returns Policy
We want you to love your PosturraFit™ bra. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we make returns easy.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging where possible
- Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return
How to Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email support@posturra.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Step 2 — Ship Your Item
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 3 — Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange your item. Contact us at support@posturra.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@posturra.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — you will not need to return the item.
